Sour Cream Quiche
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 3 eggs
- 300 ml sour cream
- 1 onion small
- 4 bacon rashers
- 1/2 cup cheese
- 1 pinch salt and pepper *to taste
Method
- STEP 1 Preheat oven to 180C.
- STEP 2 Grease and line a quiche dish with a pastry sheet.
- STEP 3 Place the eggs in a bowl and whisk.
- STEP 4 Add sour cream and mix together until creamy.
- STEP 5 Add bacon, onion and cheese. Stir together then season with salt and pepper.
- STEP 6 Pour into quiche dish.
- STEP 7 Bake for 30 minutes.
Notes
Instead of bacon, onion and cheese, you could instead use spinach or cooked vegetables as a filling.
