Sour Cream Quiche



Ingredients


  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 ml sour cream
  • 1 onion small
  • 4 bacon rashers
  • 1/2 cup cheese
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper *to taste


Method


  • STEP 1 Preheat oven to 180C.
  • STEP 2 Grease and line a quiche dish with a pastry sheet.
  • STEP 3 Place the eggs in a bowl and whisk.
  • STEP 4 Add sour cream and mix together until creamy.
  • STEP 5 Add bacon, onion and cheese. Stir together then season with salt and pepper.
  • STEP 6 Pour into quiche dish.
  • STEP 7 Bake for 30 minutes.


Notes

Instead of bacon, onion and cheese, you could instead use spinach or cooked vegetables as a filling.
